Blind Sports NSW is hosting a Multi Sports Day at the Tamworth Sports Dome on Saturday 3rd October and Sunday 4th October. The day is designed for blind or vision impaired participants to experience inclusive activities in a fun environment, with the use of modified games and adaptive equipment.

The activities will be held at various sporting locations including the Tamworth Sports Dome, Tamworth Golf Club, West Tamworth Tennis Club and the Belmore Cricket Ground. Both Saturday and Sunday will involve skills training and introductions to each sport as well as competitive games with regional and state players. Activities include:

Saturday

- 2:30pm Skill Development (Cricket, Tennis, Golf and Goalball)

- 3:30pm Goalball Game

Sunday

- 8:15am until midday: Learn Blind Low Vision Tennis 

- 9:30am until 10:30am: Cricket Learn How to Play

- 10:30am until 11:30am: Cricket Game 5 overs each

- 9am until 10 am: Blind Golf

- 11:30am BQQ at tennis Club
